Lake View Residence was designed by Daniel Marshall Architects and is located in New Zealand. According to the description of the project developers, the residence consists of two pavilions sheltered by expansive roof forms, linked via a kitchen causeway. These are orientated around a pool courtyard and open out to views over an extinct volcano cone lake . Nothing short of spectacular, this home is integrated in a fabulous natural environment. The large infinity pool seems perfect for relaxation during warm summer days and the modern patio furniture looks quite inviting. Even though the inhabitants of this residence are probably tempted to spend most of their time outdoors, the inside of the residence received just as much attention from the architects and nothing was left to chance. The interior design is clean and modern, with highly welcoming decors. We particularly like the unique book shelves from the living room and believe you will find them inspiring as well.
