Small Family Home with an Intelligent Layout in Sydney

S House was designed by Facet Studio and is located in downtown Sydney, Australia. According to designboom , the architecture brief stated that the home accommodated two independent families – grown children and their parents. This is why the 150 square meter space had to be maximized and creatively decorated. S House consists of rooms that are settled around a central wooden staircase. The requirements of each couple were well answered, as each floor features custom design elements and arrangements. Wide windows, grated ceilings and glass floors are additions that allow a lot of natural light to enter the house. Despite its modest size, this project looks very spacious and airy. The lack of clutter and its minimalist interior design contribute to a very elegant and refined appearance.
