Original Architecture Dominating its Surroundings: East 11th Street Building

East 11th Street Building was designed by Bercy Chen Studio and is located in Austin, Texas. With a highly original architecture, inspired by the geology of the “Enchanted Rock” area in Texas, the structure is truly imposing in its environment. The building has a total of three floors, the first of which has a more commercial purpose, being divided into a boutique shop and a music store. The second level hosts offices while the third is reserved for residential flats. Each floor comes with terraces and balconies, in the shape of cantilevered volumes which increase this building’s unique appearance. We’ve also uploaded two videos for a better understanding of the project.
